At Aura Abyss, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you. Please read our refund policy below for detailed information.

Returns

- You have *30 days* from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be 'unused', in the 'same condition' you received it, and in its 'original packaging' Proof of purchase is required.

 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
